Hi Pauline or Paulette was my hair dresser. She straightened my hair super straight. I think the non black students Should really learn how to do African-American’s hair she really tried and she was super nice. She had a couple of the African-American students show her different tips on how to work with our hair so I just think they need to practice more on our hair. I’m pretty sure they probably won’t work in the Beauty shop that service us “Black” people but as a student, they should learn how to do all textures of hair, but I was very satisfied. I only gave you three stars because I just feel like you’ll should Help them focus and learn a little more about different textures of hair!

I told them including the boss just what I wanted done! They wouldn't listen to one thing I said and proceeded to destroy my hair. What I could have done myself if I wasn't ill would have taken one hour. 5 hours later they're still doing what they called highlights which was just bleaching out my hair! After 5 hours and them still bleaching my hair, I wound up leaving and they charged me an astronomical fee of $164 dollars just to lighten my hair that could have been done in an hour and not charged for ridiculous highlights just to lighten my hair. I can't believe what they charged me and the fact that they didn't do anything I said I wanted. They ruined my hair and now I have to go to a salon to have them repair the horror they created. Amy did my hair and was rude and stormed away when I said I couldn't wait any longer then proceeded to charge me an$64 just to bleach out my hair which DID NOT need foils todo that. I'm so upset by the teacher and Amy for refusing to do the service I requested. They just ignored everything I said $164 just to lighten my hair is shameful. I deserve a refund since my hair is now in terrible condition by them taking 5 hours with bleach on my hair the whole time.
