I had a wonderful experience yesterday with Josie. Walking in, the concierge/ secretary was very kind and helpful. Beautiful smile with kind words. The facility was extremely clean, and I saw Josie clean my chair before and after I sat down. She was extremely sweet, and reassuring. My little sister came, and she let her sit right next to me while I got my hair cut. Upon leaving, another stylist complimented me; and said my haircut looked so beautiful on me and that I was pretty! It was such a confidence boost. I came into that salon feeling awful about myself; and left feeling like a million bucks. Josie absolutely transformed my hair from drab to fab. Couldn’t recommend your salon more, I can’t wait to come back!! Thank you to the sweet secretary, Josie and the team of leaders at Douglas J Aveda institute of royal oak! ❤️
