Students attending Skinology Beauty Institute not only receive training in cosmetology, makeup artistry, esthetics, and wellness, but they also benefit from additional courses. Its affordable programs include a 1,500-hour, comprehensive cosmetology program that trains students in makeup, nail care, skin care, and hairstyling, coloring, and cutting. Training includes the study of anatomy and physiology of the body, nails, hair, and skin.
A 400-hour esthetics program offered in partnership with Dermalogica provides instruction in skin analysis, facials, head and neck massage, eyelash extensions, product selection, and hair removal. The instructor training program is for students who wish to teach cosmetology or esthetics.
