I had such a nice time! Everyone was so kind. I was very anxious about getting my hair cut, but my hairstylist was there to reassure me. Fast, personable service, with an amazing outcome. I'll definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family. Thank you so much Vici, and thank you so much Kiki! ❤️

So disappointing because I’ve had such positive experiences here but this was unacceptable!! The student that had me was very sweet, and I totally understand it’s a school and they are learning but this is just not acceptable quality. The instructor came over and pointed out one thing for her to fix but didn’t come back to check after. But there was a lot more to fix! At the checkout I told them about my nails and they offered me a credit to come back after I told them my nails looked terrible and they were exfoliated at all. I thought that was going to be applied that day but my total was still the 2 pedicures (my little sister got one and hers turned out better). I had somewhere to be so on my way I called to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor said they had to talk to their administrative team. The administrative team called me back later and said the same thing- they could give me credit because it was not their policy to give refunds. While I understand it’s a beauty school and their policy this is something I should have never been charged for in the first place. The instructor should have given more guidance to the student. This is no reflection of the student she was super kind and I know she’ll be great. I also know it’s not super expensive, but now I’m going elsewhere to get a pedicure and probably will not be returning. I have been going there since I was 15 so it’s very disappointing!

If you are donating your hair, make sure you tell the front desk when you’re checking out. I’ve donated my hair several times now at the beauty school and I was just informed the haircut would be free if you donate. I did it a week ago and I had to pay full price for it. I let my stylist know I was donating it prior to my haircut and I still had to pay full price.
