Editor's Description
The Salon Professional Academy is a nationwide beauty school franchise with a location in Nashville.
On Facebook, Angelique Patterson raves, "I am a current Student of the academy that started in July of 2019 and I LOVE the education that I am taught-Facials, perms, relaxers, the science/art of color, and much more! The educators are all very thorough and take their time with the students while they are doing services on the floor as well as always being there for the guests and to help with any needs of the guest! I totally recommend to tour the school if you are interested in becoming a cosmetologist."
The cosmetology program is 1,500 hours and takes around 12 months to complete. Students learn the basics of cosmetology along with business and marketing training, guest handling skills, and hands-on experience in top salons and spas.
After graduation, the school helps with job placements in local salons and more than 6,000 Redken Club 5th Avenue salons across the U.S.
