I tried to call and make an appointment and get more information about appointments, but your phone is answered by a call center in the Philippines or in India. The person was extremely hard to understand and they were telling me about something with 11:30 and then lunch time and then something with 1:30 and that that you closed at 4:30 or something like that. And even though your hours say that you have night classes they were saying you only have night classes on Wednesday or something to that effect. I really wanted to make an appointment. They thought that I actually wanted to enroll as a student and I had to tell them several times that no, I want an appointment for a hair service. My suggestion is that you answer your own phone so that you can give clear and concise answers to people that have questions and you can book the appointments right then and there or, to an online booking service so that your customers like me can book online and we won't have to worry about a language barrier. Unfortunately you lost out on my business today but maybe sometime in the future I can visit you because I've wanted to come in there for a while now.

Currently sitting in the front lobby writing this, I scheduled an appointment yesterday for today at 11am. Called at 10:00am to confirm ,again, someone would be available at 11am today. To walk in and be told they are taking an assessment and it would be a couple of minutes.
A couple of minutes is not 30-45 minutes, I could understand if I was a walk in appointment, but I was not. AND to call to confirm someone would see me at 11am and still having my appointment pushed back is crazy.
Don’t waste your time scheduling an appointment.

Located in Nashville, the Shear Perfection Academy of Cosmetology is "no ordinary beauty school." On Google, Michelle Leon says, "The Aesthetics program is unbeatable. Without Mrs. Kym, the school would not be what it is. You can't get this education with any other instructor."
Their cosmetology program is 1,500 hours, which takes between 11 and 14 months to complete. Expect your study to split focus between general, chemical, and physical topics.
The 750-hour esthetics program trains you in massage therapy, facials, skin care, and makeup application. The hybrid education format combines book learning with hands-on training.
You can also sign up for the in-demand nail technician program, which focuses on 600 hours of advanced nail techniques and safety standards.
Finally, check out the instructor program if you want to become a teacher in your field. The 300 hours take two months of full-time or three months of part-time study.
The school also offers plenty of opportunities to help pay for your education, including financial aid and scholarships.
