Worst first experience! My sister and her daughter had pedicures and facials booked for her daughter’s birthday today, the pedicure person took so long to where they couldn’t get their facials done, so she wasted gas to drive all the way across town for a pedicure with basic color options! She left in tears because of how unprofessional the whole experience was not to mention it ruining her daughters birthday. Will never be back and will never refer anyone!

I came here last week and can I just say….Palmer was AMAZING!! Excellent customer service. The best I’ve ever experienced! There was a mix-up with my appointment and she ran to the rescue, quickly finding out what the problem was and SOLVED it! Absolutely amazing! The student also did an amazing job with my service!

Highly disappointed after thoughtful consideration and going through a personal situation I was looking forward to getting a colored hair service. My check in and booking was professional. Facility was clean. I was hopeful and excited. Upon arrival and talking to my hair stylist I was left feeling scared. When talking about what I wanted which I stated over the phone brunette to red coloring the stylist was not aware she was performing this service. She was under the impression it was blow dry and shampoo service. I was left feeling uneasy about someone touching my hair who maybe wasn’t feeling doing the service at the time as she expected to do something else. The miscommunication left me feeling this was unprofessional to both parties. The teacher I’m assuming who oversees this students and guiding her explained to her they would be doing a patch test. I was thinking great except I was told I would have to actually come back in 48 hours and book another apt after the patch test is over. I wanted to cry low key all I wanted was my hair colored to feel wonderful. I waited all week for this apt. I left walking out and said it was okay. I didn’t want someone coloring my hair who wasn’t aware that she was going to. Also was upset no one on the phone stated the 48 hour wait had I known I would have reconsidered this place all together. A waste of my time for miscommunication unfortunately. Better communication is my only criticism please.
