I only wanted to go to school for medical billing but after I got the call from Nikki Woods she changed my life . She thoroughly went over the Medical Assistance Program and after just a video call she said I think you would be a perfect fit for a Medical Assistance. I started October 2025 and that was the best decision of my life. Nikki Woods made sure I was welcomed and still to this day checks on me. I have been to a few colleges in my life time and this college is like home. The support from my instructors Ms.Chapman has been amazing , she genuinely wants you to win and succeed and will forever be in my life even after I graduate! Then there is Ms. Campbell with that amazing smile that is contagious, she welcomed me with open arms when I just went to visit to see if it was the right fit for me and has been the most supportive . Those three people have made me feel at home since day one. On thing about college is you get what you put into it. Thank you again Nikki Woods for changing my life so I can provide for my family . I appreciate these 3 amazing Women from the bottom of my heart . UPDATE: I no longer recommend this school for anyone. There will be another school that shuts down because they can't keep the grown people in the class under control, even though the rules are crystal clear in the student handbook! Then you have Financial Aid advisers who aren't doing their jobs, so students don't really know what's going on. I had to move to NC for unforeseen personal reasons, and I found out I could take my last three classes online. So I spoke with Ms. Campbell, and she made it seem like it wouldn't be an issue because I completed BOTH my LABS before I completed my last Course ...... Well, here I am in July of 2026 and was told I could take my last three classes online ( 1 class every other month ) just to graduate in 2/2027, which I agreed to. Then the President herself reached out to me, saying I would have to wait a whole YEAR to finish my classes on time! Then her next offer was great until they wanted an extra $3000 from me, even though I also had FASA. I then get charged a $100 withdrawal fee on top of all things, I have to make sure they haven't charged me for BOOKS that you NEVER receive! JUST make sure you know what you're paying for because the instructor has no clue that the students don't have everything they need until they walk in on the first day of class. This is definitly bitter sweet because it started amazing, then ended on the worst terms.
