I just left there and I will never go back. I sat in the chair for like 3 hours. My hair doesn't look anything like I wanted. The girl that was supposed to be doing my seemed completely lost. Had others cut it and I absolutely hate it! I wanted my hair like the first picture. The last picture is my before.

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism from Paul Mitchell the School. They never answer the phone and too any different persons schedule student appointments. I booked an appointment with an Excellent student. Unfortunately I arrive and told the student wasn’t available. A cursity call would have saved my time and not waist my gas driving all the way to West Columbia. If I wanted to sit with another student, I would have not booked that particular student. In my opinion they seem unfavorable towards the student because everyone is booking with her. They could.have offered my another appointment with the same student but they were not willing to, hate and jealously towards another student should not be allowed or tolerated. Dont think I would be returning to Paul Mitchell the School.
