I have been going to Schilling-Douglas for many years now. Very happy with the service I get from the students and the Supervisors are great. They walk around to check on the students and interact with the customers. Highly recommend them.

Went in their today had the worst experience in my life. The girl who done my hair. Had me looking like someone’s grandma old wig’s. I heard good thing’s about them. But I don’t want to discredit the school as a whole for one person…. I am very unhappy this girl didn’t have a brush. Didn’t spray anything on my head. My head look like a chia pet.

I went for a simple haircut. I mentioned about 15 times that it had to be long enough to put it in a ponytail because I work in a restaurant. Had to stop the student when she started cutting the left side. Told her to get the instructor. It's too short for a ponytail. The instructor tried to balance it out. So the back is short , the front was not styled, I look weird, and can barely get my hair in a ponytail. I can only wait for it to grow. Do not go here. They will not listen to what you want. I even brought photos of what I wanted. You would never know though. Even my daughter commented that it's not anything like the photos I showed them. In addition to it being weird and not styled in the front there are long bits sticking out. At least an inch longer. This is because I was already so devastated that I just wanted to go home and cry. So I didn't check out how bad the actual cut was, do NOT get your hair done here. I'm going to make an appointment today at another place to see if they can fix any of this.
