The Academy of Massage and Bodywork was exactly what I was looking for when it came to a massage school. The teachers were not only excellent at what they did and knowledgeable, but wanted to get to know each student on a personal level. Through class time and hands on training in the lab and clinic time; AMB not only prepared me to pass the MBLEx but also gave me the knowledge and confidence I needed to work as a massage therapist after graduation. I would recommend this school to anyone seriously interested in massage therapy as their next career. You won’t regret it.

My teacher jojo was great she did everything in her power to teach us things a thousand times if we asked! However I feel like her capabilities we're truly limited due to the lack of support that she had from upper staff. Jojo often Brought her own supplies to teach us certain things, or we pitched in as a class to get the things so that we could learn things that were not there for us to learn. Also, when starting school in the class there were things promised to us such as kits and there was never explanation on why. I feel like for the amount of money that a lot of us had to pay for out of cash was not worth it, but the teacher was she made it worth a while.
