I went to Dawn for esthetics. Graduated top of my class. I was only able to find jobs where I didn't get paid. Intern type jobs or made 10 dollars an hour. I worked for only about a year before giving up. Left with 7000 dollars in student loans. Don't waste your time or money going here!!!

About 2-3 months back I hit them up and set up a meeting for the CDL class A program I met with a girl named Haley and at first everything seemed good but as we went through the financial plan they said they had planned for me and the “good deal” they had I knew it was a joke they are liars and very money hungry I told them I will consider their offer and get back to them in a few days, she then tried to persuade me into signing and even got the assistant director of admissions Dave to come in and try to convince me about signing and the “good deal” I had and how a lot of other people don’t get good deals like I got , mind you the school was charging like 9k I got approved for most of the payment but told me they have certain rules and how after school I will owe about 5-6k plus interest that I can pay back so they were going to only give me about 4k of my financial aid (fafsa) and take the rest and put it in their own pocket. After I left they blew my phone up and harassed me for about 2 weeks wanting me to join them and sign with them. I took my time and money and went to a REAL trucking school. I hope I helped anybody that’s trying to get a CDL that’s considering this scamming , lying , overpriced “school”.

I went to Dawn for Medical Billing. The best I could do was get a temporary placement through a temp agency at a local hospital doing data entry. I asked the hospital about a medical billing position and was told they would never hire someone based on Dawn Institute training because their education is sub-par. I’ve never been able to get a medical billing job and am still making poverty level wages.
