My experience overall was good. I had no big complications personally. Love that we take field trips to further our education and personally gain certifications. I feel like we could’ve gone over more hands on things in class, but not to where I don’t feel comfortable performing them.

The students and teachers really helped with the memories and made it enjoyable to look forward to coming In and ready to learn so that I can be ready for my future success in the industry. They are always ready to help out and tell you what you need to know in order to be successful!

I had a facial and a lash lift here and the girl who did the service was so kind and sweet but about a day later I noticed some itchiness and redness and assumed it was an allergic reaction. Unfortunately it had got much worse and very nasty looking with pus and felt extremely painful so I go to an urgent care and they performed some tests and confirmed that I actually had gotten pink eye. I called the institute to inform them of my situation not wanting anything out of it or to get anyone in trouble but to just make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. The woman on the phone was condescending and said I just had an allergic reaction and this has never happened to anyone else before. I let her know that I did see a doctor and got the confirmation that it is an infection and not an allergic reaction but it seemed like she did not believe me or care. I was happy to share pictures and the paperwork from the urgent care and I still am but she was ultimately very dismissive. Again, the girl who did my service was super sweet but perhaps there was some cross contamination or something. I will not be coming back and I recommend if anyone does go there to maybe avoid any lash or eye treatments.
