Great school for the fast track program! In 6 weeks I was able to take and pass my state exams on the first try. The staff at DLU was always very helpful with any questions I had about the program.

Dfw lash university has taught me so much. I’ve been doing online classes and it’s great. They also have a program that if you’re struggling, you can always go and schedule one on one and they will break it down and show you and explain to you. The instructors they help a lot they really want to help you and make you successful person.

I will start off by saying that I appreciate the experience overall by attending this school, however there was many things that did not work out the way I would have thought it would. The school’s communication with you most of the time takes awhile, they’re very unorganized and it seems like the most important aspect to them is you being able to take your test and pass it. During the whole 12 week program, we did not work on models until week 9 which is not enough time to learn 3 different lash styles. And when we raised concern about not being taught properly or not feeling like we’d have enough time or confidence to learn every style, we were basically told that it was more important for us to know the TDLR material & that we would learn more once we graduated which to me, defeats the purpose of us attending the school. This leaves us to spend more money once we graduate to earn certificates from other professionals when we could have learned it here. They made us go over the same information we basically did online ourselves without any notations of what we should be studying or writing down as notes from week 1 all the way until week 5… We never went on field trips as promised and never had a public speaker come by. It felt as though something was missing and we really didn’t get the opportunity to practice in school as much as I think was needed, the school tried to find us models but it was unsuccessful most of the time so we weren’t able to lash on anyone as well. Overall from the experiences I’ve seen other schools give, this was below average for me and I was really excited about being a student here. If I could get the money I spent back, I definitely would and reconsider my options before attending. The only major plus I can add is that Roxie the owner was gracious enough to help me when I lost my job, and Gina was amazing.
