I'll giving her 5 stars because it's an amazing school academy to choose specially if you are looking for bilingual classes.

I went to enroll here and I did everything that I was supposed to do. When it came down to the financial aid process, the advisor was no help at all! She kept telling me that I was in default and had to get proof that I wasn’t in default or owed anything to financial aid but she couldn’t tell me what the name of the form was that I needed. I thought that was odd. I called the fafsa and my loan servicer and they didn’t know what I was talking about because I didn’t have the name of whatever form she had wanted. So I called the financial aid office again and she didn’t help me with anything at all. When I tried to apply previously I never had this problem so I really felt as if she didn’t want me there for whatever reason. She never followed up with me and never helped me with my enrollment. Update 6/6/2022 I ended up attending Paul Mitchell who helped me with everything I needed help with and even got me qualified for a grant :) my out of pocket expenses were about $300 and I have now completed the program about to take my state board exam. My instructors were amazing and were very informed about the esthetician/beauty industry. Definitely go to Paul Mitchell if you can. It was a great experience

A lot of drama WITH THE TEACHERS students were all easy to get along but the teachers were not professional at all. I got threatened by a teacher * Ms Jessie the manicure teacher * and I went to the owner *Ms. Lydia* about the problem and nothing was done. Please if you’re from Highlands I understand, but if you are someone willing to pay out of pocket pleaseee save your money for a better school do your research because I sure didn’t this school is a mess! They have teachers who don’t know how to properly teach nor act professional they come at you with attitude.
