My first time coming here when I first walked in I wasn't greeted to well. They was dead not many workers since it was good Friday. I spoke with a woman named Josef. I hope I spelled her name correctly. I said I wanted a pedicure and my nails done and than Kayla asked me what I wanted done. I told her and asked her the price she said $35 for my pedicure and $30 for my nails. Josef went and got Helen to do my nails. Although Helen didn't seem to happy at first. As I talked to Helen as she was doing my pedicure she was very friendly and we made each other laugh. Kayla didn't seem to polite but she was okay. She let me know the cost of the products for the pedicure which wasn't professional at all. She also kind of rushed me to pick a color. I was happy with the colors that I chose. I was happy with my pedicure from Helen. The water just needed to be a little hotter. When it came time for my nails. Helen worked magic. I chose the dipping powder. She worked on my fingers and hands for 4 hours. She filed, clipped, trimmed, cut, and so much more. Her and Julie even talked to me about how keeping powder works. I had them both laughing.Helen is really top notch she had all the other employees watching her talk about excellent customer service and she deserves many raises. She needs to open her own shop !!!! I will be spreading the word about Helen and I am going to bring my mom and sister next time. Thank you again Helen for all your hard work. You are so good at what you do and it shows. Julie thank you as well for being a great helper to Helen picking out the colors and helping with the nail dryer. Happy Easter weekend to all of you !!!!
