It was my son’s senior picture day. The student did great. The instructor messed it up so bad. I finally had to say enough is enough and style it. Threw in product and left it a mess. Extremely uneven. Nothing like he asked for. She was so unprofessional. Didn’t even apologize for saying I’m sorry I messed up his hair for his senior pictures but still had the audacity to charge me.

Took my daughter in for a back to school cut was amazed by the price and quality of cut. She loves her new hair and had the best experience with her stylist. Her stylist did a great job and made the overall experience wonderful for my daughter. She left with a huge smile unable to stop looking at her reflection saying how she can't wait to come back again. I definitely will be calling to book another appointment for the rest of the family. I can't say this enough we only paid $5 because of back to school sale! 100% WORTH IT!

I got my hair styled here by Claire today evening. The booking process is very smooth and easy. The salon is extremely clean and hygienic. My stylist Claire was very nice and she guided me well throughout. She was thorough with the hair and ensured that the styling was on point. Kudos to her on the amazing work. As for the Salon Professional Academy at Appleton , my first visit and definitely not the last.
