Extremely disappointing rather lack of experience. I’ve wanted to visit this school several times over the years. Previously when you called the phone would ring and ring. Now there is a pre-recorded message which doesn’t answer all questions and still leaves you wondering. I finally took the 35 minute drive over on Friday November 22nd. The website lists the hours and didn’t mention any deviation. Myself and one other potential client arrived around 1:30pm only to be told the salon wasn’t taking anymore clients because of a holiday party. There was no information on the pre-recorded message. There was no information physically posted on the door. The client services piece seems very unprofessional and could do a better job at communicating. Update as of 12/17 - Shearz did not contact me to rectify this situation. Not surprised.

I came here and called. No one answered the phone so I thought they were busy. Black ppl need to do better with there business. I just wasted my gas coming to support. Never coming back if this is how a black business is ran
