I'm not saying don't go there, I'm just sharing my experience, so hopefully, they can do better. I showed up 30 min early with no expectations, but just in case. I was not greeted, and 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, I had to track down someone. They apologized and said they thought I was just waiting for someone. I waited another 10 minutes and got seated 15 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. We discussed the makeup look I was going for, and I showed pictures. I understand it's a school, and I do not expect perfection. I had to ask for primer to be used. The girl took 10 minutes, I'm not exaggerating, to find primer. So now it's 45 minutes after my appointment was scheduled, and we finally get started. I told her my main goal was to get the eye makeup done since we were running behind, and I had to be somewhere at 12:30 (my appointment was 10 am). She puts primer everywhere except my eyes, so I remind her the eyes are the part of the look I need to really last and where primer is most important. She does not speak to me the entire time other than to ask if i want brown or black over and over. The instructor came over to put the lashes on, and I let them know I had to leave and could do the rest of my face on the road. I brought my own lashes, got bad service, the makeup looked awful, and needed fixed. She worked on me for 45 minutes. I was still charged the full $12 after the other instructor told the instructor cashing me out to not charge me. She did it anyway. I had literally run out the door to make it to my event the makeup was for and didn't have time to discuss anything further. Please do better PJs. Your customer service is lacking.
