This review is to exclaim my distaste for the professionalism & look of the school only. The students are great but it took 3 voice messages before receiving a call back. My first visit was in the evening & only complaint I had then was the background conversations being had in the facials area. It was a bit disturbing. My second visit was a year later. This time I started off in the nail salon. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness or at least the appearance of the sink area they had me wash my hands at even though I was getting a pedicure but I was completely fine with the hand washing. The first of only 3 pedicure massage chairs that was chosen for me didn't work as far as the massager goes so we moved. Everything was great with my student but there was a teacher that didn't have a problem voicing her personal issues with I'm assuming either another teacher or some other student in front of all the guests & students about someone supposedly "disrespecting her child". EXTREMELY unprofessional & distasteful. I really wanted to get up & leave but stayed. Then I went into the facial area & once again the conversations in that area are really loud amongst the student's/staff in a different area of the clinic because I was the absolute only client in the facial area. My services were great by my students but the professionalism of that academy needs lots of work. I've referred a few people to this academy based off of my student experiences from a year ago but until the professionalism increases I will have a hard time wanting to refer others
