I had an amazing experience at Paul Mitchell the School.The staff and students were so nice and professional. My hair color and cut turned out amazing and better than any luxury salon I have been to in years! The student Alexis that did my hair is super knowledgeable and talented at what she does! I liked my hairdresser person. At this point she should not be doing highlighting without a lot more supervision. My“highlighting” is noticeably much lighter on one side another not another. The ends are almost white I asked for a “dirty blond’ look which almost everyone has. It’s not a super sophisticated look. I don’t know what I’m going to do to fix this other than to wear a Bennie at all times. The fault was mine. I should never have taken a short notice appointment. Haste makes waste. But as a teaching salon my experience is that the “coloring” instruction neither adequate or satisfactory. Would this have happened had there be much stronger supervision?
