DO NOT enroll at this school for any of the programs. This has been the most worst experience I ever came across. I’m currently taking the aesthetician program and it is horrible. The instructor when I first start never taught anything just sat on her phone all day and was flirting with barbers. The director before was super sketchy. The new director is never to be seen or located. The communication amongst everybody is awful. The Financial Aid girl doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing. I’m missing half of package/bag equipment. We don’t have the proper tools to work on clients with. More than half of the stuff is broken or was stolen and never replaced. The school is dirty and things need to get replaced. I was currently taking the night class until they fired the instructor. I was left with no one to teach me the executive didn’t even bother to care that I wasn't going to be taught. I had to QUIT my full time job to go during the day and I’m barely learning because we don’t have the equipment to learn with. This placed is a straight scam. This isn’t even half of the experience I went through.I wouldn’t be surprised if they close their doors for good.

i went here today and not only did i spend all day in the chair (having no time for anything else today) but my hair didnt even come out good. the student I was working with had only done a balayage one other time and the instructor was barely there watching to make sure she did it right. In the end when she finally finished it was 5pm (I got there at 10:45 and they started on my hair at 11am) and my hair was flat (she didnt even blow dry it correctly there were still frizzed/wavy pieces throught) with SO MANY ORANGE AND BLEACHED SPOTS that didnt have toner in it. I was so upset I walked out I could not stay any longer to try and get it fixed and I was so upset I wanted to cry. I did not want to spend any more time sitting in that chair. I did mention to the student that “hey ive been here for this many hours are we almost done?” but she kept saying no not yet and giving some reason. I dont even want to add pictures Im so embarrassed at how my hair looks and I do understand that it is a school and everyone is learning but the instructor needs to be there to help/teach instead of popping in literally 3 times within the entire 6 hrs I was there…

Before arriving I called to make appointments to get manicures and pedicures . For me and my husband who ever picked up said that they no longer do appointments . To be there at 5 pm we waited there for about one hour and never got help ! I left them at the person in the front no. All she did was apologize. But for the whole hour I was waiting there. She could’ve at least told me if I was OK with waiting instead she was eating food and talking away .I’ve been to schools were there is in instructor at the front desk with the students. But I guess every school is Run different like I said, I am really disappointed.First time ever going there and let me tell you we didn’t even get acknowledge!! There was students in the back. And there was people coming in and out and getting helped not we were there at 5-615!!!! Like I said it was bad
