I had the most amazing facial with Semma today! She was incredibly professional and made the entire experience so relaxing. My skin feels so refreshed and is just glowing! I truly appreciate her deep knowledge of skincare and the products she uses. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ skin health. I have no doubt she’s going to be an incredible aesthetician. Highly recommend booking with her!

Been here twice now for a hair cut with layers and curtain bangs. I will say everyone is so friendly! Very professional, students and teachers are amazing. The only thing I haven’t liked is that both times I attended my bangs and hair were cut much shorter than I asked for. I didn’t love my hair either time I left, but it’s also hair and will grow back! My layers always look beautiful though!

***Update**** In response to PMSA, if I am lying, why have I never received a call back or a response to my emails!?!? Thank you for proving my post is true by your UNPROFESSIONAL response to MY REVIEW! I'll add the proof if you'd like.seephotos DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL OF LIES! UNREALISTIC HOURS AND BREAK TIMES, HORRIBLE POWERPOINT INSTRUCTION WITH VERY LIMITED HANDS ON GUIDANCE BY COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED AND INEXPERIENCED FACULTY, DISGUSTING CLEANING & MAINTENANCE PROTOCOLS AND RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS. HOSTILITY & JUDGMENTAL INTIMIDATION INFORCED TO TRAIN YOU TO WORK FOR THEM FOR FREE! I was told I would have to start over completely and would not be able to keep the hours I had already attended but would not be allowed any new absences when the next courses started. Barely 5wks in I was "coached" and bullied into agreeing to not miss anymore hours until the first level of classes was completed(8wks) I was told that I had missed too many hours by leaving early 2 times and having clock in issues the first week of class, a limit which was far from the original contractual agreement. Then, I was left without any communication or response for almost a month before finally getting a call the day I had to return or withdraw. They added the missed time to my "scheduled" hours to say I owed 60% of full tuition and could not pick up my opened and used "Tool Kit" that is non refundable and costs $2500.00. This was emailed to me several weeks after my actual last day of attendance and my continual attempts to get in touch with the "Learning Leader" that I had to report my absences to as well as provided a doctor's note. The learning leader who also made me stay on campus while suffering from an extreme infection in both ears (caused by dental issues), & reluctantly offered me 15 minutes to work thru what became an emotional breakdown and panic attack, completely alone and outside of the school building or risk suspension or even possible expulsion. Luckily, my instructor was kind enough to allow me to leave for the day and confirmed the few times I had left early or come in late had not caused any issues being behind curriculum & had averaged 90%-98% test scores up to this point. The next day, I immediately communicated the progression of my infections and need to go to the E.R. I was told I would have to bring a DR.'s Note and forced into agreeing to restart the program rather than risk expulsion due to breach of contract if I missed more days to heal and address my health issues. I was never offered a leave of absence due to illness, nor did this Leaening Leader inform my instructor or other administrators of my willingness to restart. I was finally able to contact the attendance administrator, who conveniently called me back the day before I would have been considered an unofficial withdraw for unexcused absences having missed over 3 weeks since my last actual day on campus. She had no idea that I had been told I would have to start over and she offered to send me the paper work for sick-leave and would back date it to cover for the time I missed while waiting for contact(almost a month!) I was then sent to someone else while requesting my financial aid records from them so I could make an informed decision to stay or withdraw. I was told that I had completed 16% of the course and would have to pay 50% of the full tuition if I withdrew. I would also be denied my opened and paid for supplies/tool kit ($2500.00 non-refundable) as well as be charged an additional $7,654.58 to cover what they had to return to the government for my grant and student loans that had been released. (They had already received $8,399.00 but had to return $4,737.00 back to the student loan department.) I had only completed 111 hours out of the 1600 required by the State of NM Fortunately, I have not heard of any attempts of collections, as of yet, nor have I been able to get in touch with administrators to appeal this outrageous attempt to scam me out of money for hours I did not attend due to the Gross Negligence of the Learning Leader.
