Just had an amazing service of a cut and all over color from a student Halle has a gift 10 out of 10 perfect cut and the color (purple) came out just how I imagined it. And they way she washed my hair darn near put me to sleep.

For my 8 year olds birthday, we made a princess party appointment. While on the phone, we were told that this included a hair cut and style. Unfortunately, when we arrived we learned that this was not the case by a very blunt and rude lady at the front desk. I was very taken aback by her “well you can leave then” attitude. We did decide to still receive the service as it was my daughters birthday and we just wanted to have a good day. Unfortunately, after the girl struggled for 1 hour and 15 minutes to curl my daughters hair with no help from instructors who watched her tangle, burn, and pull my daughters hair with a curling iron she obviously didn’t know how to use. For the safety of my child, I had to ask that the service be over. Once at the front, even after exposing my experience and worries, I was told to pay and just not come back again. I highly highly suggest you do not take your children here for any kind of service.
