So I currently go to school here. The main thing I see is, a lot of clients come in and expect perfect salon services. We are all students who are still learning, and the prices are super cheap. If you choose to come here, you even sign a waiver stating you understand our services. And that we are growing, and learning a skill takes time. If you are truly unhappy with your cut (that’s double checked by an instructor) please show us what you don’t like about it and I bet we would all fix it. All of the stylists here on the salon floor are learning and understanding if we need to fix your hair while you are still in our chair! If you look at your hair in the mirror and approve of your cut before you leave we can’t bring you back in to fix it without paying. Have patience with us, be kind, and understand coming here that we are LEARNING and trying!

I had the worst haircut of my life here yesterday by Kellie. I just wanted 2 inches with longer layers and a v shape. I wish she would’ve told me she didn’t know how to do that. She cut at least 8 inches off and gave me the most uneven, choppy layers I’ve ever seen. It truly looks awful and I’m stuck waiting months for it to grow out since she already cut 4x more than I wanted. The only way to even it out would be to cut up to the higher layers. I almost cried when I got home and I still get upset every time I look in the mirror. I will never go back. I would suggest paying full price at a real salon. The savings were not worth it at all. Never again

Jaycee is amazing! He cuts my son’s hair and consistently does an outstanding job. Jaycee is incredibly professional, always listening to what my son wants and making sure he’s happy with the result. Highly recommend!
