Aveda is a great place to get your hair cut! Very good vibe and super affordable. Vivian cut my hair and made me look incredible! I initially just went in for a trim but they convinced me to add some strands framing my face and some layering and it turned out great. I'm glad I took the risk and let them switch up my plans. Vivian was also super kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them and their skills! I'll absolutely be coming back.

I have had many haircuts here over the years and 90% of the time I’ve been happy with the cut (saying a lot since I have curly hair). Several of the cuts have been very good and you can’t beat the price. But be warned about a few things. 1. Be prepared for at least two hours for a cut. Among other things, instructors need to sign off twice and there is usually a line for their attention. 2. In the past I have had many issues with service: students not showing up, haircuts delayed for lack of clean towels, and one student cancelling my appointment when I got there because I had hair a few inches below my shoulders and she said it was too long for her to cut before she was going home. Each of these times the customer service was terrible as little effort was made to make up for my lost time, parking, etc. 3. You can choose who your appointment is with, but it’s not guaranteed. Unsurprisingly, the best cuts come from students close to graduation, so you’ll most likely be getting a new stylist every time. All that said, if you accept the risk, you can get a great cut at a great price.
