I was scheduled to do multiple services between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. I left at 6:00 with a pedicure and my hair done, but my wedding nails looking like this. Now I have to go pay somebody else to fix it because there was no way I was sitting in that salon chair for another 3 hours. It's been 24 hours and the corners are peeling up already. I'm only giving 2 stars because my hair is cute and my Pedi was fast. Neither process was a good experience though.

This was my first time here. I had tiny hairs everywhere from breaking and a ton of banding and my hair was handled with kid gloves. They got almost all the banding. They didn't get all of it because it made more sense to let some of the hair bounce back first but for waiting about 7 or 8 weeks before I had my roots done again, it looks amazing . There's no visible banding anywhere that's very noticeable, btw . The girl that did my hair was really compassionate, thoughtful, very professional and just an all around peach. The manager was very nice . The atmosphere is very professional. The photos really don't do this place justice. This place really is classier then what you might expect for a beauty school and I even saw a few lady customers getting vintage style hairdos. They have extremely cheap prices. They work very hard to give their students proper training and confidence. If I wasn't planning on moving, I would come here regularly. They also do artificial nails, manicures and pedicures. They have retro hair curlers in all sizes. I mean just 😲 Thanks for everything ❤️

My mom and I brought my daughter in, initially, for a chemical consultation to see if her hair could withstand being bleached in order to color it with vivid purples as a gift from grandma to her for her recent 19th birthday. Not only were Coral and instructor Nikki super knowledgeable and kind, we felt so confident with that experience and the information we were given that we came back the next day for Coral to actually DO the full bleach and color. This young lady is AMAMZING! She is patient, thorough, sweet, knowledgeable, and pays great attention to detail. We will be following her wherever she goes with her career. I know she has a long and successful one ahead of her. I am beyond impressed with the quality of work she did for my daughter's 19th birthday gift from her grandma. Thank you so much Coral, Nikki, (the super sweet receptionist, who's name I didn't get) and all of the sweethearts down at NW Beauty College! You are all so wonderful! We had a truly wonderful experience. ❤️
