I had an incredible experience with Paula for my eyebrow microblading! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She took the time to listen to what l wanted and made sure to shape my brows to perfectly complement my face. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the results are stunning. My brows look so natural and fuller, and I love how they frame my face. The entire process was smooth, and Paula is so professional and skilled. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for flawless, natural-looking brows!

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place! I had the worst experience at this eyelash salon. They made mistakes while doing my lashes, and instead of fixing them, they told me I had to pay for a whole new set! Any professional salon would take responsibility for their work, but they refused to correct their own errors. On top of that, their customer service was awful. When I tried to address the issue, they were rude and even used bad language toward me. It was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about their clients!

My response to the owner's response dated Feb 2, 2025. I don't play games. I don't write frivolous reviews to harm someone's business either. This woman did treat me the way I described it in my initial review. She was very hostile, appeared angry, and displayed racism towards me THAT DAY. I have no reason to waste time posting a false review. If she is a Christian like she portrays, by all means, tell the truth. Perhaps, she had a bad day, or dealt with an issue prior to my arrival. However, she was very nasty to me (that day), and inflicted unnecessary pain as well. Just apologize & move on! I respect people who are honest, caring & compassionate. I'll leave it at that. I will never return, support, or recommend anyone get their eyebrows done by this woman. Find someone who cares about you as a human being, wants your business, TREATS EVERYONE WITH RESPECT & desires your referrals. ZERO STARS ON HER RESPONSE TO ME!!! I had a bad experience today. After returning for my 2nd session, it was very painful, the lady who never introduced herself, had a bad attitude after I asked about the time. I Waited 35 minutes, no one explained to me why. The receptionist informed me that the lady was coming out the restroom now. I guess she heard me asking about the wait time, so she had an attitude from the time I sat down. Before she started, I asked her about maintaining my brows, she said oh it's whatever you like. Afterwards, she began pressing down on my brow very firm. I told her it was painful. She responded well I'm going over scars so bare with it. I told her I couldn't bc it was painful. She responded just bare with it, and move on. My response No, I can't, so she said well it's my time, and you're wasting it. I told her maybe I have to reschedule, go home take a pain med, apply Lidocaine, and return. She responded if you do that I will have to charge you again. I told her I paid up front. She again responded, it's a waste of my time. She asked me what did I want to do? I said I'll go home. She stormed out the room, into the receptionist area, and spoke to the receptionist in another language. I explained what happened, and requested a refund. The first session was nice, it wasn't that painful and she played Christian music in the background.I believed she was a Christian. Today, she was very rude, hostile, argumentative, and uncooperative. I detected a little racism. I WILL NEVER RETURN. IF YOU'RE GOING TO ACT LIKE THE devil, TURN OFF THE CHRISTIAN MUSIC. ZERO STARS! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE YOU'RE RESPECTED, BC THIS IS NOT THE PLACE!!!
