I like a barber haircut. It’s good practice for the students because of my wild cowlicks. They are my go to. Seems like I always get a new student. The best ones approach me with confidence and get the job done.

The nail student was incredibly rude and kept making fun of my nails and cuticles, because I don't take as good care of them as she thought I should. Then, the appointment took so long. I was getting a set of gel nails, and it took about 4, 4.5hours. Then, when I got my haircut, they didn't even wet it, despite my extremely straight hair having been braided, making them wavy. Now I need to go and get my hair re-cut elsewhere, because it's not a straight cut. I went there to relax and treat myself, and I ended up having a pretty crappy afternoon.

This place is trash. Don’t waste your money. I have learning disabilities and provided all of the requested documentation to accommodate my learning disabilities and they refused to accommodate them. Instead the teacher on the floor would make slick comments about my disabilities she would publicly shamed me. She would sit there and talk crap about me right in front of me to my peers and customers. Then when I respond because I was fed up with being treated like trash and her continuously sabotaging me. I can provide witness statements regarding this. For example my friend came in for a hair cut and I was done with the hair cut I just needed her to sign off on it. She came over and grabbed my scissors and I said whoa she doesn’t want anymore length taken off. She ignored me. Why be take wanted to demonstrate a haircut to the stylist next to me and used my client as a guinea pig for that specific hair cut. No she was not teaching me anything there wasn’t anything wrong with the haircut. This lady would do anything in her power to make my life miserable. I tried so hard to just keep being nice just get through it. I But I got to my breaking it. I tried to take my own life because of how horrible this lady is. So I wouldn’t recommend ever attending this school if you have any sort of disabilities or mental health stuff. The was one teacher that was so amazing she was so sweet just an all around amazing lady but she’s gone. There was the front desk lady that was absolutely amazing as well. There was a part time teacher that was also amazing but also gone. There was also the young lady that did admissions and she’s gone as well. The man in charge was also amazing but he left during my time there as well. So all the people there were not horrible but when the person you’re having to deal with every single day just doesn’t want you to succeed and is so evil and mean. It affected me so badly that it took me a really long time to even have the strength to write this. I know there’s a lot I haven’t put in this review.
