I would be rating my experience 0, but it doesn't allow me. I originally wanted to look into X-ray and I stated that when I called and made an appointment to come in. When I arrived I stated to the gentleman at the front that I wanted information about X-Ray and he informed me they didn't have that program. I informed him it is on the website and had I known I wouldn't have made the trip. I then met with Gracie and she said that they were just not accepting applications for X-ray. I asked when they would be and she said she was unsure. I informed her that the website is misleading and that I was upset as I felt she was trying to sell me something else, but lured me in under false pretenses. As soon as she said they were not accepting applications she jumped right in to other programs that were accepting applications. At this time I was frustrated and her demeanor was very condescending. When speaking I felt she was half listening to me as she kept looking at her cell phone. I asked if she needed a moment, but she assured me she didn't. I did end up getting a tour of the Vet lab, but it was odd because Gracie had a gentleman tour me. I had to get in my car and follow him to another parking lot to view the lab. The building said Jem college, so I was very confused as I made my appointment with American College of Healthcare. When I returned to where I met with Gracie I asked her which school I was actually at and why the 2 different names. She quickly dismissed my question and said let's look at the MA lab. She again had a gentleman tour me, this tour didn't require me to drive. I felt he was very nice and gave good detail about the lab, but she was just at her desk on her cellphone each time I returned. I got the feeling she was distracted or didn't have time for me. I have inquired at other schools and I have met with one person and shown around by one person. When speaking to Gracie about the medical Assistant program she said when I graduate I would be certified and that is why this school was a good choice. After the misleading info and the handing off for the tours I decided to take the info I received and leave. I then decided to look into the certification on my own and found out I would not be certified upon completion as that requires me to take a test after I graduate. I actually would only receive a diploma when i finished. I am glad I left that day when I did and even more thankful I didn't spend my money there. Hopefully others will not be mislead and or treated this way.

This school is for profit ONLY. They dont care about the students or the educators. We basically had to supply our own materials because the school either...
