I would like to make clear that this is a review based off one visit.. normally I like to give a few tries before I have a set opinion on a place but I feel this experience was so awful, I will not be trying it again. I took my two girls, 8 and 9yo’s to the Princess night where I was told from some employees at ladies night out, that there would be, manicures, pedicures, hair, and makeup done and free tinsel for their hair. Getting there, 4pm, according to a different mom who had been there for an hour already, we were the second people in that day for the event. No one greeted us. We got some awkward stares while some girls were sitting in their station chairs, drinking coffee, chatting, staring at us. After a while of quiet and nothing, I ask the women at the desk if it was, in fact Princess night, she says yes. (Skip ahead) no one knows what the package is or what to do, how to ring us up. Finally, who I was told was boss, comes and figures things out. I ask her what the price range was for this package and she says $25 each for toes, hands, hair, and makeup and $5 extra each for tinsel. I say that I was told tinsel is free and she says no. Okay. No biggie.. oh well. Someone starts on my youngest. 5min later, someone starts on my oldest. Going good. After an hour, my oldest is done. Not bad time at all for all of that. My youngest is still getting her hair straightened. 30min later, she starts on nails. Which takes an hour. No details, just paint. 6:30 now. I’m watching so many other girls come in and out with the full package getting done all while I’m still waiting for my youngest. She starts on make up, blush, gloss, eye shadow and some sparkle. Another hour.. it’s 7:30. She’s just now eating some of the snacks provided and the women says there’s no time to paint her toes. I go to check out. I’m repeated back everything the girls had done when I say how my daughters toes didn’t have time to get done, is there any chance of some sort of price change for that? The boss chimes in and says no because the toes were never apart of the deal. Confused, I say how I saw every girl get their toes done and was told by her, and other employee’s that toes were apart of the package. She then says “no. Toes were never apart of the package and they were just if the girls asked for it and if there was time.” I tell her how I saw every girl get their toes done and repeated the package I was told. She says “no. They were just an extra. You pay full price” so I do. We were the last one’s to leave. I feel lied to and scammed . I’m giving 2 stars because I will say, some of the women working with my oldest were truly charming and wonderfully kind.
