There should be 25 stars for the experience that Justus provided to her customer. She was patient, kind, and continually asked questions, about what she could do during the cut, to provide the type of cut her customer was looking for. I work for an organization that provides supports and services to people with physical and intellectual disabilities; our customers are met with adversity daily, in many situations, and on this day, the customer I was supporting was met with genuine kindness and care.
