I always had a passion for makeup but didn’t know how to make it a full time career. After feeling discouraged touring cosmetology programs that didn’t feel like the right fit for me, I found the Makeup Academy and it has been the best decision I have made. Not only was the program so informative and helped me hone my skills even more, they have truly helped me in launching my career. From photoshoots, shadowing production sets and working NY Swim week, within 6 months my life has taken a complete turn in the best way all thanks to The Makeup Academy. There are multiple different options to fit every need at every level to best support your journey. Not only will you learn the technical makeup skills, you will learn the industry, business advice, social media training, networking and gain so much invaluable hands on experience working with professional models/photographers and building your portfolio with professional photos of your work! I can’t recommend them enough 🫶🏼
