This journey has been smooth and informative. Not only did I receive one diploma. I received my second, on yesterday. With the help of Brittany and Ms. Bruce. They aligned my schedule and tasks, allowing me to complete the course on time. The consistency and professionalism displayed allowed me to gain confidence and focus. I’m proud to say “I’m on my way to entrepreneurship”.

I'm updating my review to reflect my overall experience to give a more transparent view of my experience. Here are both good and bad that I experienced:
Positive:
*Online course material allowed me as a working mom to achieve a goal that would have been hard otherwise.
*The cost is the lowest you'll find.
*Mrs. Brittany was a pleasure to work with and made learning easy. She was flexible and helpful and listened to my concerns. When my state board prep could not be performed by the instructor who is appointed by the school she stepped in and got it done the best way she could.
Negative:
* ( Mrs. Cynthia) The current, state board prep instruction is unprofessional and rude. she made the experience very difficult. (She had an issue with me, why I have no idea) She was inconsistent and would not respond to messages. I wrote to the owner and asked to discuss my issues which at first were addressed. The issue continued and I had to write to the owner again asking for assistance. The second time she was unavailable but told me someone else would help me. I had to be transferred to another teacher to do state board because of her lack of professionalism. I should have seen that this was going to be a problem, when attending orientation she spoke poorly about another student to me, which I didn't think was cool at all.
* The state board questions come from the Milady books. This school doesn't use Milady. You can pass with the books they use but I wish I had known that information so I'm sharing.
*Graduation was difficult. I felt as if I had been passed along and disregarded. You want to know, if you pay your money and a school promotes themselves as a family atmosphere with lifetime support that you will get that begining to end. I did not feel that way. I felt unprepared.
*When going on an interview I was asked about my school. The schools reputation preceded me. That was a bit embarrassing.
Overall if I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't return. My sister is also a licensed professional. In the time it took me to resolve my issues with the school to take state board prep ( which should have finished in a month) and the issue with the instructor to graduate, she ( my sister) started & finished her education (during covid) at a great school and had nothing but wonderful things to say about her program (there are good schools out there). As much as I wanted it to be, that wasn't my experience here. I'm sharing my review (based on documented emails and text messages) because I couldn't find a thorough review on this school that I felt helped me before I paid my money. I hope it's better for others than it was for me.
