Staff was very friendly and informative. Made the atmosphere of the school more welcoming than average campus experiences.

I enrolled in this technical school for the medical assistant program. Which I started in January 2021, the program was only 9 months. Around the 8th month or so I was sent to an office to complete my internship and was hired immediately. That being said the company that hired me did not request a certification which I did not have since I did not take the test “that was supposed to be paid for” by the school or taken out of the loan that was used to pay my tuition. I never took the exam and some time in 2023 I called the school to see what could be done since I did not use those resources. They told me that I had to now pay out of pocket for the certification exam which is sort of ridiculous to me because “that exam” was “paid” for since the beginning. Which makes me question where that money went since it was not used on the exam. Another thing I never received a diploma from the school stating that I completed the medical assistant program. The school kept postponing “graduation date”. It was until 2023 that I received the diploma and that was because I called several times day after day asking for an update for my diploma. I was given different answers none correlating. One said that the reason why I never received my diploma was “because it was sent out in the mail since Covid happened around that time and that it must have gotten lost on the way to my home” another was that “my diploma was never printed or that it must have gotten lost in the files” and that it was my fault for not requesting it sooner. I complained and asked why no one ever followed up with me about the exam or the diploma and I could not get an answer from anyone. Also to mention I barely even got any practice in taking vitals. I took out a 9000 dollar loan to have a very bad experience with this school. I would not recommend.

I regret enrolling with this school. No one ever answers your questions/messages or whenever you need anything. Im doing online classes, and you are pretty much thrown on your own. Its ridiculous!
