Of all of the campuses this one will always be my favorite. It has the most beautiful trees and Landscaping of all of the campuses. It also has the nature trail at the East side of the campus where you can actually see gators in the water.

Clara Galicia is the rudest advisor/ financial aid svcs ever . She was super late to the zoom meeting. She called me poor and stupid. Lied about my financial aid application and told me to just wait until fall to reapply even though I got accepted and she kept looking at the wrong aid year and kept saying I’m incorrect even though it shows the correct year. She needs to be fired, if you do not like your job just quit. You are putting hard working students education at risk because you do not want to work.

School website is the most unreliable I've ever experienced in any business. Scheduling an appointment online is impossible. The system lets you go through the process, only to give you an error message at the end of the process. I've attempted to make an appointment upwards of 30 times. If you're looking for a runaround, this is your place. Don't expect accurate guidance so if you are not familiar with you own needs and requirements, there is a great chance you will be ill-advised. I'm trying to take classes and had a transcript sent from a former university over a month ago through the Parchment system. It was never accounted for, even after providing the confirmation number. After numerous trips to the campus, attempted phone calls and emails with 3 people, it was finally located. I was told that they couldn't match my name so that was that..... In an effort to expedite my registration, I emailed an unofficial copy of the transcript to an advisor as well as went home and printed it and brought it back to her because she said she would take it into account when advising me. I made yet another trip to talk to her and she met me out in the lobby with a schedule of classes, 3 of which I've already taken at a former university. This process has been shockingly unproductive. As an older adult looking to get an additional degree, I'm disturbed by the process. I'm am sympathetic to any parent or student who doesn't have the time to run the required circles to complete this process and I have to wonder how many people are deterred by the undertaking. Update: Just left the campus again after being told my transcript was located and would be in the system after lunch. Went to speak with an advisor, Nedra J, at the North Campus who told me it wasn't showing and there wasn't anything she could do. I told her what I was told and asked if there was anyone she could talk to rectify matter. She told me no and sat back in her chair. I tried to explain again and she turned her computer screen for me to see that it wasn't in the system. I reached back out to the person who told me it would be there and she told me there was an image of it on my account that the advisor could have accessed to help me.
