I inquired about going to the manufacturing department in white city. Did the process, but did not sign up. A year later I get a letter from a collection agency saying I owe $2,532.00. Is this how RCC dose buisness. Fraud and theft from Rogue Community College. Now I have to hire someone to help fight against fraud and theft. I can't balance our local schools is allowing this! What do I do? So ashamed of RCC.

This is the worst school I have ever tried to deal with. No one answers the phone, you are given the run around every time you have a question. I would not recommend this school to anyone! Drive to UCC or Lane, do online, anything except here. We have been given wrong information and advice numerous times for both my kids who attended here. My daughter was advised to take the wrong Prerequisites for her Physical Therapy degree and it literally added a year to her time in school. I will say it louder for those in the back…THE absolute most incompetent people I have ever dealt with.

I used to go here years ago and had a great experience. This time around, not so much. It literally feels like most people out there do not care and give me the run around. It was never this bad before. Today, I went to one person to take care of signing a document and then was sent to someone else for help. That person sent me back to the original person because it was them who was supposed to do it. Then that person was busy. Nobody seemed to care when I asked for help. For instance, I had an issue with my Fafsa, and they tried to talk me into student loans. Why would I do that if I have Fafsa? It feels like a lot of people don't really care about their jobs anymore and genuinely helping others. It's sad that a place for education is where I see this more than ever.
