I understand that this is a school, and my past experiences have been decent, but I was very disappointed today when I went to my scheduled appointment, that I scheduled a month in advance, to find out that the student I was scheduled with had graduated and they didn't catch it in their systems. The staff are doing the best they can, and they tried to make up for it by offering to squeeze me in later in the day or reschedule, but I wasn't available later today, and I took off work to be there, so I wasn't willing to lose more work hours to go another day. Overall, I'm just disappointed that this oversight occurred and I don't know if I'll be scheduling in the future

As a recent graduate and non-native English speaker, I highly recommend RCMT for anyone looking to start a career as a massage therapist. The instructors are not only professional, friendly, and supportive, but they also bring real experience from their own massage therapy practices. For me, this practical knowledge was incredibly valuable, as it made a huge difference in understanding key concepts through real cases. The schooling process is well-organized, covering a vast amount of information, and they provide all the necessary tools and guidance to help you succeed on the licensing exam and start your own career. I also want to say a big THANK YOU to everyone who visits the student clinic on Friday and Saturday. Your support gives us incredible opportunities to develop and improve our practical skills. Sometimes we aren’t perfect, and there may be times when appointments get canceled, but please don’t be too upset. We’re human, and emergencies happen that we need to handle.

I had booked a massage for my wife and due to a student being sick it had to be canceled the morning of. That is understandable. After calling 4 different times , we finally were able to get ahold of somebody and we were met with a hostile person over the phone. As we tried to communicate what was happening, we felt as if it was our fault for canceling and the person in the phone didn’t seem to care about what was happening. And was giving us lots of condescending attitude about the situation. In the end when we tried to reschedule we’re were given options for either a waitlist or to book in mid October. With how the conversation was going we decided to not support this school and cancel. Which was again met with more condescending attitude about why the appointment was canceled. Hope others have better experiences with those on the phones and maybe the school should do better about being professional with its clients.
