The instructors Gwen and Kiana. for the esthetician program were great and the online textbook Pivot Point was a very good learning system especially if you want to read ahead. I have a lot of respect for Brayon the schools manager as he was very receptive to student needs and promptly address issues that he had control over. Some of the negative aspects are the temperature control was so distracting we had to purchase heaters when the AC was running in the winter. Also some issues had to be address with cosmotology instructors and students. I wish that the regional manager was more proactive in resolving issues that students complained about at the school. Overall I successfully completed the program and feel prepared to take the state board exam.
