I should have read all the comments. The students aren’t necessarily the issue . It’s understandable that they are learning, however, everything will fall on their instructors / teachers since they take so much pride in making it clear that “ they are students “ Professionalism here sucks from the front desk receptionist to their learning leader “ Ms. J”. I’m still sitting here as I type this because I’m trying to be the bigger person, but to avoid wanting to lash out at these people just don’t come here unless you have a person you go To / know specifically . Ms. J wanted to convince me that my roots of my hair isn’t going to be “ straight “ because this is a school .. huh? Sooo… teach them?? Apparently they say I’ve been “ rude “ because I’ve tried to give tips and pointers to the clueless stylist regarding my hair ( all things to make it easier for HER) but I guess to them that’s “‘intervening” and an issue . Update: played in my hair. Gave a bogus blow dry , didn’t want to make it right etc

Horrible service, I have never been treated so poorly. I came here for years previously when I was in high-school. I was serviced just last month by a talented student named Jacob. Only to turned away for a b.s excuse this month. I asked to make a complaint and I was told that I needed to figure out where I could do that on my own time by Ms. Jay.....Laughable, but noted.
