Kailey is so funny sweet and amazing. And very detail oriented ! Which is amazing. She always makes sure to ask exactly what I’m looking for in that visit to make sure she can accurately help me with what I need! She always talks with me through the whole experience. Which I appreciate. When I originally came to Paul Mitchell I was only looking for a trim, and possible scalp treatment. But after discussing my long term goals for my hair and the state of my hair at the time, I decided to cut about 4-5 inches of dead hair off which was the best decision I could’ve made for me and my hair! And I left so happy with my decision! I’m so thankful for her knowledge and input! She was so sweet with my scalp treatment both appointments making sure to ask if she was being too rough and making sure I was comfortable the whole time! And my head and hair felt and looked so amazing when I left. Over all an amazing experience.

I’ve had the opportunity to receive several services from Jillian Thrall, a student at Paul Mitchell School, and I’ve been so impressed every time. She has done manicures, pedicures, and a scalp treatment for me, and each service was professional, relaxing, and exceptionally well done. Her attention to detail, gentle touch, and genuine care for the client experience really stand out. What impressed me most was how seriously she takes learning and improving her craft. Jillian Thrall is welcoming, attentive, and clearly passionate about the beauty industry. She creates an experience that feels both comfortable and polished, which is not something every student can naturally do. I also want to say that Paul Mitchell School in Nampa seems like an excellent place to train future professionals. The focus on hands-on experience, professionalism, and customer service really shows in the quality of service I received. I would absolutely recommend booking with Jillian Thrall and am excited to see where her talent and dedication take her in the future.
