Called today and made an appointment for a perm, and on the phone I was very clear and said "it is for my stepson who is an ELEVEN YEAR OLD BOY, so it won't take as long as someone with long hair." They allowed me to make the appointment for a perm and haircut. We drove 45+ minutes from Park City to Paul Mitchell in traffic to get this done, only to be told when we arrived that they refuse to do it unless he's 12. They knew on the phone when I made the appointment that he was 11. His dad was also with him, giving permission, and his birthday is in a couple days. They still refused. Wasted almost 2 hours of time just driving and have a SUPER upset stepson who was looking forward to this.
