DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS SCHOOL — ESPECIALLY THE ANAHEIM CAMPUS.
The Anaheim location is NOT accredited by ABHES, despite what they claim on their website. This is misleading and extremely concerning. ABHES themselves confirmed this and made it clear the school will be thoroughly reviewed during their renewal process. I was also encouraged to file a complaint with the BPPE — which I absolutely will be doing.
This school does not support their students, does not properly handle financial aid or payments, and offers almost no true hands-on training. Externship support is practically nonexistent. It took forever just to get placed, and the site I was sent to has me sitting around, cleaning rooms, and washing instruments. No blood draws, no injections, no back office, no front office — nothing that will actually prepare you for real medical work. I am repeatedly sent home early and my time is being completely wasted. When I requested a site change, I was told to “wait until winter break,” even though my hours are supposed to be completed by early January. Make it make sense.
And let’s talk about the actual campus:
Mr. Kia, the campus director, is useless. You can voice concerns all day, and he’ll give you absolutely no real solutions. He does not care about the students — only about bringing more people into the school. That’s the priority, not our success.
Financial Aid? Be careful. Their mistakes become your burden. I’ve been down to my last payment before and suddenly — out of nowhere — a balance jumps from $200 to $720 because of their error. Completely unacceptable.
Now, to be fair, there is one shining light in this entire building: Mrs. Nancy. She is hands down the BEST person in that school. She genuinely cares, she teaches well, and she does everything she can for her students. But she’s only ONE person. There is only one lab day, and you spend most of the time waiting around for her to shadow you because she doesn’t have support. Students desperately need a TA so we can keep practicing skills instead of wasting hours standing around. Mrs. Nancy carries that whole program on her back, and she deserves help.
Career Services are good people, but they need to do better with externship placement. Students should not be pushed through the program and thrown into sites where we don’t learn anything. That defeats the entire purpose of going to school in the first place.
Bottom line:
This school is not accredited, not organized, not supportive, and not worth your time, energy, or money. The lack of hands-on training, the externship issues, the financial aid mishandling, and the leadership failures make this program a complete disappointment. Find a school that will actually prepare you for the medical field and treat you like a student — not a paycheck.

The Anaheim location is NOT accredited by the ABHES as claimed on their website. They lack the ability to support their students, they mishandle payments made to their school, they have no support for externship. It was a delay in finding a location and the location being used does not train on ANYTHING. Everyday is observation with NO hands on experience. Mr. Kia, the campus director is not supportive and unwilling to address any issues that the students express. Please find a school that will offer the support that is needed to be successful in the medical industry as well as find one that is OFFICIALLY ACCREDITED because this campus is NOT. The ABHES is very concerned about this and stated they will be thoroughly reviewed as their renewal is coming up and I was advised to contact the BBPE, which I will do so.
