We are Erie’s only cosmetology school owned locally, by women hairdressers, who understand and live the industry with a lifetime of experience. Our primary mission is to empower others to invest in living their best lives.

Dual Enrollment is an option for high school juniors and seniors to jumpstart a career in the beauty industry.

Cosmetology - 1,250 hours

Our 1,250-hour Cosmetology Program is designed to give you the ultimate beauty education experience. As a cosmetologist, your scope of license includes hair, skincare, makeup, and nails. At Noe’ Noonan School of Cosmetology it is a priority for our students to be well-rounded in all aspects so you are career-ready upon graduation. Our qualified instructors will teach you everything from the basics to advanced methods in hair design including styling, cutting, color, chemical texturizing, and more. Our instructional cosmetology classes also include makeup, skincare, hair removal, nail enhancements, manicures, and pedicures.

Our curriculum satisfies state requirements for professional licensing that prepares students for a wide variety of career paths in the beauty industry. Your cosmetology license can take you anywhere you want your beauty career to go.

Esthetics - 300 hours

Our 300-hour Esthetician program includes extensive education in human anatomy, chemistry, electricity, skin analysis, and conditions and disorders of the skin. We provide comprehensive instruction of facial massage, the use of facial machines, hair removal, and makeup application. We will teach you how to perform these services in our student clinic.

What sets our school apart is that we also cover advanced topics that explore paramedical treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and enzyme treatments. We cover their purpose, benefits, and contraindications.

Upon completion of our Esthetician course, you will receive a Diploma and be ready to enter the fast-growing industry of skin care.

Nail Technology - 200 hours

You will be a true professional after completion of this 200-hour program at Noe’ Noonan School of Cosmetology. Our comprehensive curriculum includes an optimal mixture of traditional classroom lectures, informative visual demonstrations, hands-on application and training, and real-world practice in professional salons and public businesses.

In addition to learning the tips and tricks of the nail tech industry, you’ll also benefit from instruction on resume writing and other career ready necessities, as well as thorough instruction and immersion in best practices for building a successful business. Whether your creative aspirations involve working as a manicurist in an esteemed salon setting, or you dream of opening up a cutting-edge cosmetic studio of your own, you can feel confident that we can help you to achieve your objectives upon graduation.
