My experience at Milan Institute—especially in the esthetician program—has been nothing but positive. The instructors are what truly make the program special, and I’m grateful for every phase of my journey. Each instructor brought something unique to my education, and I want to recognize them individually. Miss Jessica (Phase 1 Esthetics Instructor) Starting school can be intimidating, but being with Miss Jessica for Phase 1 made my transition into esthetics so much more comfortable. She created an environment where I felt safe learning, asking questions, and being hands-on with other students. Her knowledge is truly amazing—you can tell she genuinely loves esthetics and everything that comes with it. Her understanding of anatomy, in particular, stood out to me and helped build such a strong foundation for my education. She really set the tone for my entire experience at Milan. Miss Laura (Phase 2 Esthetics Instructor) Miss Laura helped me become confident working on real clients and trusting my skills. She has the perfect balance of being an amazing teacher while also making sure the classroom is fun and enjoyable. She takes the time to personally get to know every single student, which makes such a difference. One of my favorite things about her was her knowledge of skincare ingredients. I’m very interested in learning about ingredients and how they work, and she always took the time to explain them in a way that was easy to understand but still detailed. She truly inspired my interest in ingredient knowledge and advanced skincare. Miss Amanda (Phase 2 Esthetics Instructor) Miss Amanda’s knowledge of acne is incredibly valuable. She taught me so much more than I expected and helped me feel confident accepting clients with acne. Because of her, I now feel equipped to help not only future clients but also my family and friends on their acne journeys. She made acne education feel empowering rather than intimidating and helped me better understand how to approach different skin conditions with care and confidence. Miss Mary (Phase 2 Esthetics Instructor) Miss Mary helped me tremendously with my lashing skills. Before having one-on-one conversations with her about my struggles, I felt really discouraged—but she truly helped me grow. As a licensed esthetician, licensed lash tech, and certified lash tech, her experience shows. She introduced me to new lash styles and techniques she learned from advanced classes she took after graduating, and they were extremely helpful. She also taught our class new waxing techniques, which really expanded our skill set and confidence. Mr. Eli (Phase 2 Esthetics Instructor) Mr. Eli was a complete game changer for me. As a makeup artist and eyebrow tech, his knowledge of both makeup and brows was incredible. Since I want to primarily focus on eyebrows and incorporate makeup once I establish my business, he helped me so much in that area. He taught me techniques, shaping, and precision that completely elevated my confidence. He also helped me improve my makeup skills overall, making everything feel more intentional and professional. Miss Lynnette (Phase 3 Instructor) Although Miss Lynnette was not my esthetics instructor, I got to know her through visiting friends in her classroom and through conversations when she would come talk to my class. Her energy is truly one of a kind. She is such a fun, uplifting person to be around, and her presence alone makes people come out of their shell. She brings such positivity into the school environment. Overall, Milan Institute has been such a supportive and educational experience for me. The instructors genuinely care about their students and their success, and I’m so thankful to have learned from such knowledgeable and passionate people. Thank you to my instructors: Miss Jessica, Miss Laura, Miss Amanda, Miss Mary, Mr.Eli & Miss Lynnette for making my esthetics journey worth it.

I had a nano infusion facial with Alma, and it was an excellent experience. She was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire treatment. The facial was gentle and relaxing, and my skin felt noticeably smoother, well-hydrated, and refreshed immediately afterward. Alma took great care in explaining the process and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was very impressed with her skill and attention to detail, and I would absolutely recommend her.
