My daughter and I both had appointments at Milan Institute for haircuts today, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I came in feeling pretty discouraged because I had severely damaged my hair, and the fried ends had gotten so bad that it was honestly causing me stress every time I looked at it. Sarah worked absolute magic on my hair. She carefully removed all of the damaged ends while giving it new life, and I left feeling so much more confident than when I walked in. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and skill she put into making my hair look healthy and beautiful again. Shannon gave my daughter, Lexi, a beautiful butterfly cut with face-framing layers, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. Lexi was so happy with her new style, and it suited her perfectly. Thank you both so very much for making our day so special. Your talent, kindness, and professionalism truly shine through your work. Felicia and Brittany are amazing instructors and very helpful. They always have my back and help me when I’m not confident in a section of my training. Night class is a family and it’s always nice to be there. They are so understanding since I had my son this year and supporting me in my goals. Tori is so supportive and kind and always there when you need her. And asks us on improving things for the benefit of future students. Jessica is amazing always makes sure we are ok. She is so talented, always smiling and glows effortlessly! Heather makes sure we have everything we need and is always there when we need equipment replaced. All the students work hard and support each other and help others when needed. We laugh together, eat together and we overcome any obstacles we come across as a family. I couldn’t ask for a better family to have my back.
