I went to Maira for my color. This was my first time ever getting any services at Milan. I only booked a color, however not only colored my hair, but gave me the best head massage while shampooing my hair. I felt so relaxed. You could tell that Maira enjoys her job and has a passion for people in general. I loved her joyful and optimistic spirit. I will definitely be returning and asking for her.

Laura Simmons, is an Amarillo Elite Beautician. As an African American, I've been honored by this lady to look at my 4c hair where she trimmed my split ends for health and styled me for a few occasions. I'm always grateful for a hairdresser who uses and recommends the right product for maintenance when I have no clue of what I'm doing sometimes. She cuts for all hair types. But her knowledge and wisdom on this 4c hair, means the world. Thank you Laura S, for being the hairdresser black folk need in Amarillo. She cuts for black men and women, as well as the rest. I've seen her do eyelashes and eyebrows, and color! She is amazing. Thank you! You are talented to be able to cross diasporas of hair care. Laura that circle brush thing you did to straighten my hair was some of the greatest Black Girl Magic from a Hispanic woman I've ever saw. Great Job! Keep doing what you do.

My daughter and I both had appointments at Milan Institute for haircuts today, and we couldn't be happier with the results. I came in feeling pretty discouraged because I had severely damaged my hair, and the fried ends had gotten so bad that it was honestly causing me stress every time I looked at it. Sarah worked absolute magic on my hair. She carefully removed all of the damaged ends while giving it new life, and I left feeling so much more confident than when I walked in. I truly appreciate the care, patience, and skill she put into making my hair look healthy and beautiful again. Shannon gave my daughter, Lexi, a beautiful butterfly cut with face-framing layers, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. Lexi was so happy with her new style, and it suited her perfectly. Thank you both so very much for making our day so special. Your talent, kindness, and professionalism truly shine through your work. We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful experience and highly recommend you both to anyone looking for an amazing hairstylist! 👏❤️😁
