I normally have a good experience here, but today was different. My 87 year old friend went for a wash and set, but they couldn't do it. She had fallen previously and had a healing gash on her head. I wanted them to wash out the icky dried blood and neosporin ointment they had been putting on for several days, but they said no, being students they were not allowed to do that. I guess I understand, but it's so hard to have her try to bend over the sink at home. (When it would have been so much easier on her to have the girl wear rubber gloves and use the wash basin) We managed to get it washed at home okay. Now I can take her there another time. 😏

Have gone here multiple times, and I have never left with anything less than what I was happy with. Whenever there is a slight problem with my hair developing the instructors always make sure that it is fixed before I leave and make sure that I am happy with the outcome!!! Would definitely recommend if you don’t mind taking a little longer, just because they are students doesn’t mean they don’t know what they’re doing!

Staff/Teachers are rude to the girls. If you have health concerns/Issues they are treated as if they are not a big deal. Would not recommend.
