I recently took Intro to Botox & Dermal Filler and Advanced Botox & Dermal Filler with Serena. She was an excellent instructor. She was patient, knowledgeable, and did a great job explaining the material in a way that made it easy to understand and retain. She created a supportive learning environment that made me feel comfortable and confident, even when I was unsure of myself. Her positive attitude and engaging teaching style made the experience enjoyable and helped keep me motivated throughout the course. I really appreciated how approachable she was and how willing she was to take the time to ensure I understood the concepts. Overall, she made the learning experience both effective and genuinely fun.
