Ever since this place switched from Goldwell to KAO it has gone downhill. The people who work here are very rude . I went as a hair model and they ruined my hair. When I called to let them know they couldn’t care less and refused to offer any help. . In the past if there was any type of problem they were more than happy to help. My advise to you to avoid being a model at all costs if you care about your hair !!!

Had a GREAT experience here and cannot wait to go back! The class facilitators, Dawn and Necole, clearly knew what they were doing and the “students” that worked on us had 7-10 years experience doing hair on average, so we were in good hands. Drinks and snacks on offer and we left with a bag of hair products. Beautiful physical space in a really convenient location. Lisa was also so easy to work with to schedule appointments - thanks to all!

More Inspired then ever!!! Been in the industry 30 + years my experience at the Goldwell KMS Academy was outstanding! The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home, the National Artists were so knowledgeable and really personalized the training skills based on our individual skill set. Can't wait for the next training - it's making me an even more creative Stylist!!!
