I am so happy with the haircut and service I received from Rachel. She gave my long straight hair a beautiful blunt cut, cutting it to the length I requested and did a great job shaping my bangs. I appreciate the time she took to make sure cut was even. I love how it just falls into place now. Rachel also had a lovely, gentle touch when shampooing. The atmosphere at the IIC salon is so upbeat and positive. An overall, very pleasant experience.

I visited the Whethersfield location & it was a beautiful experience. My niece, Kayla, is a student there & she did a fabulous job on my hair. Her teacher was lovely. Ms. Eva, she had the ultimate trust with my niece & stated how proud of Kayla she was. It was a wash, layered trim, blow out & curled for the style. The time & effort she put in my hair was about 90 minutes. She needed little oversight & with reassurance from her amazing teacher, my hair came out FABULOUS!
